    Pioneers in Radiosurgery Award

Authors will be notified of this award in advance of the meeting. The award honors significant contributions towards innovation and advancement in Gamma Knife® surgery. The Pioneers in Gamma Knife surgery award was initiated at the 10th International meeting and includes a monetary award.

    Publication of the Proceedings

We are extremely pleased that the proceedings will be published as a peer reviewed supplement to the Journal of Neurosurgery as they were in December 2010. This will give added credibility and visibility to the scientific work of all members of the society and is yet another sign of Gamma Knife® surgey being an accepted standard of care. Detailed instructions for manuscript submission and other information relating to the 16th Int'l Meeting of the Leksell Gamma Knife® Society will be available on the website shortly.
